• President of the Guernsey Rose Growers Association representing Guernsey growers at National Growers meetings in the UK.
  
  While President of the Rose Growers Association she was the Toastmaster for the team who presented Guernsey to the public during the very successful nation wide tourist & growers tours to show the people of the United Kingdom how wonderful Guernsey was for holidays and produce.
  
  
• Director of The Guernsey Enterprise Agency 1990 to 1996.
  
  While Director she had a weekly radio show slot with a live question & answer session each week and was often on the local TV in order to gain  funding for 
  the Agency.
